Benny hill was the master of this kind of comedy

Loved this guy when i was a kid :)

Benny is a big influence for me, among others. Grew up in a time when they started broadcasting him in the USA. A bit of a raunchy comedy that wasn't on American tv. He was just brilliant with visual comedy, and also the songs he did were so funny. He is on my comedy Mount Rushmore.

do you know this guy, Dick Emery? He was on UK TV around the same time as Benny Hill, very similar raunchy style of humour (we call it "postcard humour"). worth checking out
