6. Follow the law and NOT hire illegal aliens.

If the 2 year old was born here to illegal parents, the parents work off the books with no green cards. Their illegal income is not reported. Their income would exclude the 2 year old from benefits. When the 2 year old gets big enough to go to school it goes to public school for free and gets free lunch and all school related benefits for free with no parents paying any taxes. The school district budget is based on enrollment. By welcoming as many illegals as possible, the school district becomes eligible for more funding, because the term “Americans” includes illegal aliens for such funding.

All states must provide a public defender to illegal aliens.

All states must provide 911 emergency service and police services to illegals.

Hospitals must treat illegals who show up with no insurance.

Each of these situations result in the illegals being counted as “Americans” for budgetary purposes. These “Americans” are what funding, including federal funding, is based on.
