I actually heard somewhere that if you eat iceberg lettuce then the calories burnt by chewing it outweigh the calories gained from eating the lettuce.

I've never understood the logic of ordering that way. I drink water at home and don't eat out often, but if I do get to a restaurant I might as well go all out, you know?
