I hear ya those chills is nasty... I stayed in the bath most of two days when I quit after my neck surgery lol.

The pain in my joints was terrible! Felt like I was a hundred years old! Never again :)

There are warming herbs like clovss, tumeric, or cumin. Boil them whole in water, drink the water and you'll be sweating in minutes:)
