I agree, to a point. If a business can find a way to trim expenses they will. An example would be the trucking industry. Drivers may be replaced by self-driving vehicles. I think they're already pushed to make a decent living. Mind you, drivers need rest whereas autonomous vehicles could run continuously.
Break downs, accidents due to computer failure, weather conditions, hackers to system (great Hi-jacking potential), mechanical breakdowns, tires blow, etc.
