I'm not calling them "monsters" but based on some of the decisions they make, some of them fall into at least one or more of those categories.

Calling someone heartless is the same thing as calling them a monster, and you said that they had zero brains meaning they're mindless, so therefore a heartless mindless person is a mindless monster.
