How is it similar to those completely different situations?

And why in hell should the US give ANY of these parasites - friend or foe - aid?

Till 2012 years ago we were NK's biggest supplier of food. FREE FOOD.
That ended when NK RESUMED its nuke program after agreeing not to, similar to what happened in 2009.

They're a proxy state of China, let THEM give them aid, just like they're feeding them now.
