Official Looking Signs Show Up Along California Highways Welcoming Illegal Immigrants and MS-13 Gang Members

It's things such as this which makes the northern part of the state want to become separate from it's southern neighbors. I don't think people realize how big a state Cali is or the diversity of the people that live there. Growing up there then moving to the belt buckle of the bible belt really messed up my head for a while. But it is because I grew up there that I was able to except people here based on who they were. If I had grown up here then moved there I don't think I would have had the tools to except people that were different from myself...

Did we even have a choice to vote against this bill? To be honest, I don't remember the option to vote for sanctuary for illegal aliens on the ballot in November 2016. Brown must be working for some secret agency that has strings attached on him.

The title to meme is a new story. You can look it up. Those were real "official looking signs" that trolls hung up on highway signs. Yes those signs say that. Those trolls took trolling to a whole new level.

There were multiple signs put up, they didn't get across the entire state with their troll signs, but the entire state is now officially a "sanctuary state" so "entire state" is still applicable.

Moved here from Missouri 3 years ago for work... some days there are regrets... nice weather though...

There was an options for the state to tax 10 cents on grocery bags at supermarkets on the ballot, but nothing about making California a sanctuary state that I could remember.
I also recall that during the Obama Administration, they pushed to add low income/section 8 housing in rich neighborhoods (which they did in some affluent areas), which i suspect has something to do with allowing illegal immigrants get housing.

Even if you didn't get to vote directly for the bill to become law, vote against the Senators and Representatives who supported it. That is the best way to let them know they didn't do a good job.
