Oh, I pity the US citizens - in Europe this is paid by your health insurance, and there are indeed some psychotherapists who can achieve more than just telling you that you are f**ked up (in the US there are a few, too, by the way!)
I think this scenario would be more likely for Matthew than for Paul. Paul was originally a Pharisee, while Matthew was a tax collector (and tax collectors were known for partying)
