No Catholic would ever call the Eucharist a communion wafer, and no host is ever gluten free. It would either be an illicit or invalid Mass if the host is of an incorrect form. Also, I can't find any parish that is called Holy Father. Most churches are named after Saints or a doctrinal phrase.

Many years ago, I went to a buddy's Pentacostal Service and was blown away.
They didn't use those wafer thing...they used a REAL LOAF OF BREAD! Pastor broke it in two, each side of the room got half, and we just handed it on down from person-to-person.
