Yes ma'am it's true. They would tell my husband you're a number and if you wanted a family, you shouldn't have joined the army. Probably to keep their minds off of us. We still love the army though.

I honestly had never heard of anyone getting in trouble for those but I guess if "they" wanted to get technical and the car was in their parking lot, maybe?? But that would be a stretch, I think:)

I can't remember ever having a job where I could talk politics or religion. I guess the employer wants to keep everyone focused on their job and not arguing every issue like we're seeing nowadays:-)
