This is more recent than the last thing I read on it, but even the ambiguity depending on alelle loci number selected, still proves out what I said to be true.

You didn't read the whole thing. As I said, this is more recent and perhaps you should skip to the end where they pretty much said increasing the loci to thousands is more proving that they aren't the same person or from the same georaphic area than population similarity.
