When the timer was changed, it was only for you replying to a comment on your own memes. The timer will come up when you're commenting or replying on someone else's meme or making comments (not replies) on your own meme. Hope that helps.

Because AndrewFilnlayson corrected the mistake in his comment, I think an upvote is in order for the meme. OP made a natural mistake when he made it, Andrew corrected it, and it should go to front page as being a source of information for new and uninformed imgflip users.
