Anyways it's a hoax, since neither the top or the bottom of the dollar has any increased contrast. It's simply been "painted" on. Also the top of the eyes get darker than they should because the faker wanted to make the eyes better, which was a mistake.
That said it does look like an alien for starters with no shading at all.
the 9/11 folding is also a hoax, since you cannot fold that note into that Picture, it's been cut to pieces to get that shape, and even then that shape is sort of disputeable.
Alien is better :D
