Funny story: this song started playing, and my 6yo on my lap who had never seen SNL or Night at the Roxbury started doing that head bob, and I practically screamed "how did you know to do that?!" It nearly scared him off my lap!

It was in the 1990s, and included women who found out after they were involved that he was married, but then continued. Also included with engaged men.

The closest I can find now was a 2009 study that found 90% of women reporting attraction to men who were taken vs 59% still attracted if they thought he was single.
But it doesn't say anything about actual action,,,

I knew the psychology of the taken vs. single. I just wasn't certain about the percentage.

Plus that was before everyone got online, so who knows what the numbers are now.
Also, how they defined the parameters of "relationship with" can skew results,,,
