I'm watching terra nova on netflix, already had people over and ate earlier, now I'm trying to convince my 5 yr old that if he goes to bed it will be Christmas when he wakes up. But he's all wound up because I let him have some Coca cola with dinner and he never gets caffeine I'm pretty strict about that kind of thing lol.
Lol. Lol. With my kids I would (my then wife hated me for it) give them part of a candy bar (in the afternoon/ early evening and they would go nuts! But, the thing about a sugar high is......the sugar LOW! They'd be passed out at 8:00 and sleep through the night! Lol! :)
I'm also at my moms house putting together a bicycle and one of those movable basketball hoop things! Got suckered into that, mom made stuffed cabbage and asked if I wanted to come over and have some! Lmao! I should of known better!
That's the thing about moms, they know exactly what food we can't say no to! I got ham and scalloped potato's mmmmm! I get to put a train set together in the morning lol.
I love it! Mom made home made scalloped potato's and all our vegetables were from this years harvest. I'm still full from last night, we eat on Christmas Eve always have. Hope you are having a great Christmas!
The kids have really enjoyed themselves! I am worn out lol but overall it's been a good Christmas Day! We do Christmas Eve at moms every year and I do Christmas Day here. Hope your weekend has been amazing!
