I passed the news onto MagicKitty, thanks for thinking of that approach Ghost:)

I'll be calling PD and SO in around an hour.

I was neutral on him at first, never replied to his only comment on one of my memes. After I saw him commenting on memes that mentioned homework and the like, I wished he would be gone.

After rereading the terms of use a few weeks back (imgflip is for age of 13 and up) and thinking about my kids, I gave up NSFW posts. Not that my memes we ever loaded with that.

There's certain times and certain memes where a comment like that could be funny, depending on who's meme it is. Those were not the times he commented though.

I stay away from NSFW posts for two reasons: 1.) I don't want to forget to turn the filter on and end up having NSFW memes come up at work, and 2.) A good majority of users keep that filter on, so it ends up being the kiss of death for a meme as far as having hopes of getting any decent amount of upvotes.

Twin Lakes PD says to contact your local PD to file a complaint for online harassment/sexual harassment, and then your local PD will then reach out to Twin Lakes PD.

That sounds like good news. He was starting to harass new users with comments inviting them to check out his memes and suggesting how they could find him other social media sites.

He'd been getting bolder in his posts. Actually having looked up the Wisconsin statutes I know users could individually complain to law enforcement if he did continue to post. I didn't look far enough to see if he violated any statutes just by making his posts. As long as he doesn't come back I won't have to worry about that.

I've got his name, address and picture saved. If he comes back I've still got plenty of info for the boys in blue.

I don't know if the user mypantysmile is the same as the person in the pictures, or whether they were just using someone else's pictures.

He wrote imgflip.com or something to that extent on his stomach in marker. The guy in the picture is definitely the person using the account.

That would clinch it.

It's funny - I remember seeing that one, but I didn't put it together at the time that that meant it was him. I'm not sure if I thought things like that could be photoshopped, or if I was too busy just downvoting, flagging, then scrolling past it to really think it through.

LOL, I just don't think that would be photoshopped. It's possible it's in the NSFW templates. I think I might subject myself to searching for his templates again just to get the URLs to send removal requests to the mods, including the NSFW ones. I might need Olympian's brain bleach afterwards.

I've sent the URL for every Jeffrey template that came up not flagged as NSFW and asked that they be removed or at the least flagged as NSFW. That mean I had to open each template and then see the picture full size.

Well I hope they do something about those.

I remember him mainly because of his Jeffrey template, didn't know much about him and didn't know he was abusing others. Then the bigoted anti-GSUser43 troll called talivE was suggesting to him he should comment on my images, fvcking scumbag.

He is a cancer like mypantysmile (but at least he got deleted), and look at this shameless fvcker, asking mypantysmile to troll me because he was getting tired of it so he wanted ANOTHER troll to participate with him.

Actually, after following the links you provided which lead to additional links, you were the one committing the larger infractions of the Terms of Service.

I let it slide that you came in hurling obscenities at another user.

Coming to me with an issue again where you have clearly violated the Terms of Service yourself will result in my flagging of ALL comments that are in violation, which will be mostly just yours.

I recommend you just ignore anyone who trolls you.
