I'm sorry, but neither term fits for me. I am not trying to claim I am a yugioh card or a puzzleboard or anything, just that I do not believe that I can be defined by either of two simple terms. Also, I have indecisiveness over what I want my pieces to look like. You may think it's stupid, but at least it's ultimately harmless.
I'm not saying that we can't be different it's just that It's a little unsettling to see a guy walking around in a woman's dress. People can be as unique as they want to be and as different as they want to be but just need to stay in the boundaries that define them as a "slightly different man" or "slightly different woman" like a tomboy or something. It gets crazy all of a sudden when people try to manipulate their bodies to try to become something they're not or what they perceive to be the perfect version of themselves instead of who they really are. I have nothing against dudes who like to hang out with girls occasionally, but like said before do not agree with manipulating your body. I hope we can agree on some of this stuff.
I don't mean to sound rude, but why should other people base their decision and manner of dress around what you find "unsettling"? People can do what they want (within legal boundaries of course). That includes doing things that other people may not understand or like. When you say people need to stay within certain boundaries, who defines those boundaries? If you say someone shouldn't change their body to match with how they feel inside because that's not who they really are, you're pretty much saying gender is the physical body and nothing more, which isn't true.
What don't you like about bodily autonomy and having different terms to refer to other people to increase their quality of life? It's not a process you'll have to go through.
God gave us the parts we were born with for a reason. As for the different terms, I just think that having that many "genders" is a bit confusing. If someone calls a woman a trans woman how do you think she'd feel. Now if someone calls a tomboy a girl, I don't think she'd be offended.

A lot of kids joke about tomboys being "transgender" when all they really are are girls who do boyish things or simply act obnoxious- like me!
I have no problem with tomboys. Like you said tomboys are not transgender They are what transgender people should be instead of changing their bodies. Accepting every part of who they are.

Yeah, i had this one friend who had a friend who was a boy who acted and sounded like a girl, but then would he be called a tomgirl?
What reason? To make many individuals feel inaccurate, burdened, and wanting to die all their life? Because that's what happens sometimes. Is everything about anyone's body "for a reason"? That would be kind of unfortunate for many.
Regardless with what you say, you can't blame me for thinking that its plain weird that we went all the way from two different genders to 63 in just a few decades
Are you. . ."special?" You get your chromosomes at birth. You keep your chromosomes (you act like you have an extra). It's not only at the point when you first exist (conception), you stay that way.
But why should they decide who you are? Self-determination sounds a lot better than someone looking in your cells and say, "Oh, I guess I'll refer you by words arbitrarily associated with that design then". Also, did you get a print of your chromosomes?
They don't decide who you are. They decide your gender. That's it. That's part of their job, always has been, always will be. And since I have a cock, I'll give my chromosomes the benefit of the doubt
I thought this would be a funny meme. I don't think it is true though. People don't even have genders, that idea is a social construct. NOUNS have genders, people have sexes and there are only two! We are either male or female and our genetics prove that fact unless you have a genetic aberration. If there is no genetic aberration then the only aberration is in your mind.
Human brain is capable of many illusions, hallucinations and deviations from reality and in most cases such abnormalities are treated by psychiatrists.I take no issue with people identifying as butterflies, cats or marshmallows I just think they're stupid and should seek some help
I don't think you should be forced to seek help for something that does not affect your quality of life anyway, even if others do not like it, they are almost completely unaffected. For the record, I do not identify as a butterfly, I just use it as my icon.
I don't think anyone should be forced to do anything unless they are dangerous but don't tell me there is 71 or something genders and then be appalled that I think it's stupid.
It's not a "disorder" if it doesn't affect the person's quality of life in any way, even if other people don't like it. I was not liked for playing Yu-Gi-Oh.
