You'll need the Extra Textbox option for words in a different color. The tricky part is properly spacing and sizing your text.

create a new text box and leave a space in the box where you want to put it.

I do it how zeme said, but I overlay text boxes so the words are on top of each other rather than leaving spaces. I find it easier to do it that way, and also that way it comes out neatly lined up. :)

If you change the color first, and reduce the shadow to '0' on the word you're putting on top, you can drag it very precisely before bumping up the shadow again. Have fun!
