wasn't my first concert but I did see them back in like 1989 in Ottawa.

That would have been too weird but no it was in the summer at the Rough Rider Stadium. Still a small world. Are you another Canadian Flipper?
I grew up on the border in Northern NY.

Was looking at all the tour dates they have listed for the 80's because thats when I saw them. 1981. They had 89 listed so I took a stab, that would have WAY too small of a world! No, but I am close to Canada, if you call Michigan close!
