Brian has bad luck everywhere he turns, and it turns out that a worke at a General Mills Factory, who had been fired, put a marshmallow he found on the floor in the box, to get revenge on the factory for giving him low wages.

Turns out, the marshmallow was poisonous and Brian was seen dead on his kitchen table. The autopsy found lethal amounts of poison in his brain.
