No, it's not. But them risking their lives, and a lot of them losing their lives because they love our country and want to preserve our freedom, that is patriotic. This meme isn't promoting war, not in any way. All I see here is someone honoring our veterans for what they did/are doing.

Technically, second bush created a war based on revenge, so that really isn't a good thing to be patriotic about, but all the other wars, maybe not Vietprom, I support.
