Yeah, he used to be on the Popular Templates. He was one of the ones that dropped off when Yoda, Steve Harvey and Waiting Skeleton got added.

How often do they do that? We should get to vote a user's template to the popular ones :)

No. And I don't really know the logic to the ones they chose. Not all of them are all that "popular" to use on the site.
