Planets aren't really Bubbles that popped out of stars - rather, matter was ejected out of stars and slowly, over millions nd billions of years gathered together to form different heavenly bodies.
Micro organisms are already life. What we don't know is how they originated. But you're right, they're the first ifeforms all other evolved from.
But hte story of the creation of man doesn't correlate with the theory of evolution. Once you accept the existence of these first lifeforms, god simply isn't needed anymore; Man simply evolved on his own.
And i don't quite know how you think that god didn't create all other life on earth. In genesis, he clearly creates all life on earth one after the other over the a span of four days.
And the seperation of light from dark: That's a bit far fetched, don't you think? I mean it's not like dark matter is actually "dark". Nor is matter actually "light". So we would have the same metaphor independently chosen in two entirely different contexts, while no one in thousands of years ever really had a chance of getting it.
