That Would Be Great

The past two nights it has taken 3 plus hours for my memes to feature. And the imgflip memes took just as long as my original memes to feature. Not sure why.

By "custom," I'm pretty sure Lynch1979 just means any image that you upload yourself, rather than searching through templates on the site to use.

While that's possibly true...and not to single out the raydog....but I've seen his memes, that are not "imgflip templates" not only get featured right away, but get to page 3 or 4 in the hot section in less time than that. And other users memes that are not "imgflip templates" show created "1 hour ago" on the page of the meme. So not sure what to expect. Again, I'm here for the fun and not even looking at the leaderboard, but it sure is nice to get feedback when the feedback is at its best viewable times.

Some of my customs will feature right away as well. I think perhaps they have certain mods that approve ImgFlip templates and others that approve custom templates. I know they have to be careful of what they post and make it isn't NSFW etc. I'm not sure how their system actually works though. I do know it's been easier for the most part for me to use the ImgFlip templates BUT I love doing customs and when I have time that's what I prefer there is a lot better chance at originality when you do your own. I'm also here or the laughs and fun. LOL although I do enjoy being competitive so it's fun for me to get front pagers occasionally too. :-D

Heehe...I'm competitive also, but not to the point where I look like a zombie attached to a screen. Taken me almost 2 years just to get 100,000! Whatever I can do between tasks at work is enough for me.

BUT maybe if we all email the mods they'll give me special status since I'm the first female in the millionaire club ;-) LOL a girl can dream right!?!?!
