I come from a long line of hunters on both sides of my family. I don't mind back ground checks or things like that. There are guns in my family like the Remington 30/30 my grandfather, my father, and myself all got our first deer with. Someday my son will continue that if he chooses to. I think if the government wants to get rid of AR-15's they should set the example and get rid of theirs first. If they can use them for protecting their families, I should have the right to do the same. Nobody ever mentions the stockpiles of weapons our military has left behind in countries like Iraq because it's cheaper than transporting them. That's my opinion anyway, for what it is worth ;)
