I have to drive 500 to get to a white castle lol! But only 20 or so to reach the town with a popeye's ;) If you can get a slurpee at 7/11 you got it better than me haha!

Dude, I don't even know where the nearest White Castle is to me...probably in Omaha.

Somebody told me they use to have a Popeyes here, but it didn't do well so it left...I find that hard to believe.

I've never had the chance to try Popeyes but always wanted to. Maybe one day, and maybe one day they will be closer to you too.

They are much better than KFC in my opinion...they use to be cheaper too, but they're pretty much the same price now.

Mmmm now I'm hungry. And same thing happened to me as you, our KFC closed and the nearest is an hour away!

I'm in Florida and there are probably 3 Popeye's within 30 miles.

Just KFC and Buffalo Wild Wings...and the deli chicken at any of the supermarkets in town...that's it.

Hey. There's plenty of chickens in the world and better places to get it from too.

Not around here there isn't...if I was still on the West Coast, I'd prefer chicken from "El Pollo Loco"...

What region are you in? Just the general area. I know that here in the South, every street has a fried chicken joint on it (mostly).

I live about two blocks from a Popeye's.

When I lived in Omaha, I went to Popeyes every monday cuz it was buy 8 pieces get 8 free...

Haven't read all the comments, so I don't know if anyone suggested it already...

That would make it ripe for you to open your own franchise.

There used to be a Popeyes here but it failed apparently...so not doing that.
