Even if it's legal in the state. Many cities have ordinances against it. Some even require that men wear shirts (that doesn't necessarily mean it's enforced). I used to go to the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the staff knew and enforced the local ordinances (at least outside) because certain groups were just looking for any excuse to file a complaint. Even the men had to wear shirts due to local ordinances.

I would love to go see Rocky Horror Picture Show!! That is one of my all time fav musicals. I can only imagine seeing it live.
