Yeah that's not manipulating the system. Amazing how on my meme that was old and had no future left he had nothing but downvotes and we all have many upvotes. But a meme that's doing good which people may see and suddenly the downvotes appear. I am unsure if I have ever seen a hypocrite of this magnitude.

I hate that so many of you guys got tied up in it. You wasted a ton of time on him and I could have told you that it would go that way. I had a conversation with him a couple of months ago even before he created sir_memesalot, where I tried to talk to him like a reasonable person, and most of his responses were either cussing or attacking my intelligence. I had another with him early on as sir_memesalot before I made the connection. That one went the same way. Once again Friday on his Chotaky or whatever it was I got sucked in again but recognized him after the 1st response.

Eh no biggie, I can bust out that many words rather quickly. I get lost in writing bro. Once I start in on something I lose track of everything so it's a good thing there is a limit on these comments lol. It was just a fun social experiment for me. I was truly amazed at the anger he must have been feeling to keep up with me like he did. When you are so pissed you write as much as a person who does it constantly that's something else. It's funny I'm still not mad at the guy, no amount of name calling or insults bother me. I just saw him going off on you over and over and thought... If he will respond that much to ROFL I wonder what he would respond to a mini novel lmao! I know there is something more behind that anger, that's why I kept digging I was hoping I could get it out of him but nope. He has all these little points but when you add them together they don't compute. It was like a literary puzzle and for a minute it was interesting.
Nobody has the power to upset you or make you angry, that is a power you have to give to people.

I am curious how many alts it takes to send something back to submission. You have to create all the emails too. Or if he bitched enough that imgflip pulled it. I have a couple more submissions for today... we will see.

My guess is that he has most likely been going off at them as well as us for at least a couple days now. It's funny there was an anonymous meme about how we all don't have lives that made it to the 3rd page or so. We didn't all get together and moan about it or downvote it back to nothing. But you have a meme that doesn't even mention anybody in specific like that one did and bam it's gone in a couple hours or so. Guess we know who it is that really is bothered by what other people say. They're just words, like I said they have no power unless we give it to them.

Apparently it's cool if he lies about people and uses their name, but we are attacking him with these memes that are rather vague in reference. I just got served a plate of me no talk to you no more. Which is cool I got all I needed yesterday, I needed an anti-hero for this story I've been working on. Couldn't decide what his personality was going to be like until dude started replying to me. It was great! The egotism, the loathing of any and all that threaten his way of perceiving the world. It's perfect you can't pay for inspiration like that when you are a writer lol!

Oh he is angry about a lot of things but I believe that was a decent summary of it. Somehow in his mind he has turned all of us supporting one another's creativity, the way we comment a bunch on memes having a good time and bouncing ideas off each other. Into us commenting only for the points and to make only the people we like do well even if as he says their memes aren't any good. I guess that's easier for him to believe than that his own actions and the way he interacts with people are why he is seen the way he is. Makes me feel like I'm back in Psych class writing a paper lol. I think I'll just stop myself now before I continue to elaborate all day about this again rofl!

Ya see how I got him to stop cussing for almost two complete comments... He's not a stupid person he is just highly emotional and in denial. I knew I was in a position as futile as trying to convince a blind man that green is better than blue. I was at first curious to see if he actually had a point at all. Then it was like watching a train wreck from inside the train. I knew I should have pulled the lever and stopped the dang train, but I had to see how it would all end ;)

I'd love to be a fly on the wall at imgflip hq when they get that a message from him then read the comments. He says he wants the site to do good but anybody can see this place is booming. It's not a site error that makes the latest board different than he wishes. It's the amount of people submitting things compared to what he remembers. Nobody gets special treatment there it is completely random as it should be!

Yeah now we've done it, he finally lost his temper and is going to bring out his big guns. I can see the headlines now, internet site that was invented as a way to make fun of everything, shut down due to one user feeling he was being made fun of. Normally the internet police ignore these type of reports. But since the guy used the f-bomb 17 times in his email they decided to take the matter seriously!

I don't think he's an "old" man, but beyond learning age, you actually only saw one of 3 he has been ranting on. He has a patter of this, making a meme under an alt name saying how shitty all the leaderboard is to new users. When someone on the leaderboard makes a comment on it, no matter how well intentioned he attacks. I've actually been suckered in 3 times. The first time I tried to have a decent conversation with him over 2 days. It always goes back on him being a victim. This all started either Friday night or Saturday morning, I actually just tried to laugh it off until today.

Well you were never shitty to me, so I call BS, I really like how all of you managed to keep your cool. It's clear that you all tried to open a dialogue.

You know better than most :) We met over an argument, and I like and respect you more because of it. Even though we didn't see eye to eye and on probably a few more things we still don't, you were civil and thoughtful. You are one of my favorites here because of that!
