Just so you know, you never have to upvote memes of mine in order to feel free to steal anything of mine you like. I like it when people do that. My favorite feeling on imgflip is when someone takes one of my memes/comments and reposts it somewhere else in a clever or interesting way!

The idea behind the meme tracker is just to give me the option of keeping an eye on whether different kinds of images or different times of day etc have an effect on how long it takes a meme to feature, and its placement when it does. I haven't really followed up by analyzing it in a systematic way yet though.
