Sorry to ask this here, but is there an FAQ section? I would like to know how to find which page my memes are on, how do you get points, what is the "featured on page 9" deal even mean, etc, etc. Thanks.

You get points from making comments and posting memes, also, the pages don't matter, because memes are constantly moving, and for etiquette read this https://imgflip.com/terms

It is good etiquette to upvote a meme before you comment on it. Other than that have fun. Memes move up closer to the front page if they have lots of upvotes and comments. Once they get closer to the front, they get more views. You get 40 points for an upvote on your meme and 30 points for an upvote on a comment. You get 2 points for making a comment and 4 points for making a meme or a meme comment. If you have under 1000 points, you cannot meme comment, but you get 1 point every time you upvote.
