ha ha! Meme-igrants is what I call the rude commenters who keep an account here on imgflip,.. and rarely,.. if ever submit anything,... but have the account open to bug other users.

Regardless of the picture, I like the term meme-igrant.
I'm just not sure how I can work that puppy into a normal conversation. :

they come to imgflip to bug other users,... just squat. They keep an account open,... never,.. or rarely submit a meme,.. or minimal,... and make negative comments just within the guidelines so they are not "technically" trolling. Plus,... "undocumented memers" didn't have the same "ring" to it! rofl!!

True,... Ive had them take 13 - 16 hours. Not sure why,... scan for imbedded viruses or something? I have no idea....
