Everybody should appreciate how much work you put into keeping track of these. I know it's a labor of love but still when a new user doesn't know about the meme war. If it wasn't for you our history would be lost...
Thanks Jying! I appreciate the encouragement. It's amazing to me how many of them there are. It started at the end of August 2015, and there are already over 500.
That is truly amazing, just one of the many things that makes imgflip better than any other meme site out there. If you google Kermit vs Connery meme war every link is imgflip. I am very honored to be a part of that and all the awesome memes included in that 500 plus list!
Who knew that it would become such a thing? Lol. :)
The reason I thought it would be a good idea to make an "overview" list like this (with the click-to-shows) is that there are so many now that I think not many people would take the time to go through the whole trail of markers I've put on people's memes.
I figure this way they can click on the ones they want to see, and look at the titles, to get a general sense of the whole thing.
I think I'm one of the few that has gone through it multiple times lol. This is great though, like you said to be able to find certain ones. I love how #201 is, How long will the war go on? I'm sure you had no idea then that it would be over 300 more than that an still going!
