I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean how it turns blue and you can click it?

I just copy and paste it into the text comment, and make sure to leave spaces above and below by hitting Enter. That's how I do it, anyway. Does that help?

Trying to do it with a gif but it isn't working, but I'm not sure if you would be able to help that.

I don't know. I'm not sure if it works with gifs. Try it here maybe.
