I wondered when cars hitting perps would come to the US. In a number of South American countries it is legal to run over perps doing carjacking, drive by muggings (with motorcycles for the get away), purse/cellphone snatching. I know this was probably accidental, but justice is best served quickly. Nice meme! Again.
