He not only is one, he came from Cuba, to Venezuela, lived there for a few, then to Panama where his family stayed for another couple years, then crossed the Mexican border into the United States of America where he was fast tracked into citizenship on account of being originally from Cuba.
Oh, wait. A dirty little secret about us Hispanics. Hispanics tend to hate Hispanics from other countries and in fact from their own as well, being of rather hierarchical culture. We tend to believe that by going along with the majority here, that is how we will move up in society and fit in and be recognized by them as one of them, at the expense of our fellow countrymen.
That of course, is not true. My mother is from Puerto Rico, which makes her United Statian, and I was born here in New York and have lived amongst the majority since birth, and as we've seen with all the raging about Bad Bunny recently, they do not see us as Americans despite the fact that we have been United Statians against our wills, no less, since 1898.
