Absolutely correct as usual, D. They have cameras everywhere today. Tow truck drivers probably deal w/ a lot of irate people and it protects them if there is a confrontation, too.
I thought it might have been. I don't know why, when there's hundreds of real near-accidents on YouTube, people have to generate new ones that add nothing.
