Maybe if America has laws that protect it's citizens from the marketing actions of the pharmaceutical companies who get their products through the FDA who then have to provide labels and through information to physicians who are then under the obligation to inform the patient about the prescribed drug or medical device benefits of use or side effects, all while souly relying on the information provided by the pharmaceutical company, with the trust of the FDA, is probably one of the biggest circle jerks ever formed in the history of America, because for some reason when something goes wrong, the state laws and the federal laws will protect the pharmaceutical company with crazy massive amounts of law the souly goes against state constitutional rights when it comes to a company injuring a individual. Conveniently pharmaceutical companies have been found to fraudulently misinform or omit safety information to the FDA just to get a product approval through fast. Also the FDA has been known to have crupted individuals working for particular drug approvals. And the grandfather program for drugs and medical devices within the FDA is laughable when it comes to ensuring consumer safety. Which you would think would be of top priority. All in all how can somebody trust their doctor, when you can't trust a pharmaceutical company, who is fully vetted by the Governmental FDA?
