Those people are homeless yes some use crack and fentanyl but plenty so did RFK Jr and we don’t seem to have a problem with that

Well, actually those people are homeless because they got addicted to crack and fentanyl.  Consider the long chain of bad decisions you have to make and all of the relationships you have to ruin in order to become homeless.

just try to talk to any homeless person there and you'll find out they got on crack and fentanyl first.  Those addicted habits are expensive.
