My take - If we are confused by WTF is going on about who went to the island then so are the culprits. People who went to the island have to be suddenly confused when they hear there is no list or that Epstein did off himself.
Also we have to pay real close to what Pam, Patel, etc. say. For example Pam did not say she has the list but she did say she has a file.
