Guns and knives are there no matter what you do. That's why I'll be very careful before allowing guns in my own country- We'll have to reach American standards, and if that happens, there's no way out.

also that's a member every 9 days, and at some point they will likely fracture although honestly the police if they have a reason to believe the people who committed a crime are inside a building they should be able to enter, although only with the explicit purpose to arrest a wanted criminal

Damn, Alabama - the city of guns. That's the thing that guns also do - if a criminal can expect that a person is very likely to be armed, they work as deterrents, and even better if it's open carry. But it also means that cops can expect it too, so they get on edge. A vicious cycle when it's begun.

But If life becomes hard for gangs, they'll move to more Liberal cities and much of what's left is individual petty theft crime that is the least to expect everywhere

result: they come more armed, might detur some, but if it did then the more guns than americans would actually mean something besides so many deaths from guns

Like he says: they get very little punishment and is out again fast. Same with gangs in my country. They started employing down to 8 year olds bc of this. First Muslim gangs did, and then native Hell's Angels started too. I don't know what we're doing about it other than to crack down on and outlawing certain gangs.
We don't really have a prblem with the number of illegals here. Our borders are very narrow and easy to control, but those I've heard of, are in the clutches of firms who basically use them as slaves

That is where situational awareness is key, most armed people are armed because they understand that the world is a dangerous place, and knowing that you keep your head on a swivel, you are always looking behind you , to the sides, if you see someone rushing up to you , you already have your hand on your side arm. Honestly , I keep mine in my coat pocket, that way if someone tries to hold me up , I'd just fire through the coat - they'd never have time to react. Summer is a bit more difficult, no coat, so if I do get held up ,I'd throw my wallet past them.. when they turn to pick it up , I'd open up on them.
