And then go learn the very real and significant differences between commuting a sentence and giving someone a pardon.

My point doesn’t require an exact meaning of a definition, or whether I know what it means. The point is, Biden or his handlers, with an UnAmerican agenda failed the families of the victims of these horrible convictions. The fact that you agree with that group describes you. There is no way to actually defend what Biden did, so all the left has is personal attacks, its basically their death throes as they are slowly dying, They have about 26 days left before they completely wither away.

If there's no speaker of the house by January 6th, the House can't be sworn in. If the house hasn't been sworn in, they can't certify the election. If the election hasn't been certified... well...what happens then? Well, according to the 20th Amendment, the VP Elect serves until the President can fulfill his duties.

EXCEPT the VP too has not been certified! So he can't serve either! What happens then? Well, that's a contingent election where the House & Senate vote directly to elect a President and Vice President.

Seems easy, right? EXCEPT The house still hasn't be sworn in! So they can't hold a vote!
