That's a lot of construction workers and fruit pickers. Maybe this dudette should get a clue. A nation can't handle that many at once. You already took in 3 decades worth in a few short years. Time to DEPORT. Asswipes like this can pay for the labour they want to hire.

He's likely confusing legal immigrants with illegal immigrants, otherwise they wouldn't be Mexican Americans.

Yup. When Liberal voters are served only seconds of a bit and media hearsay, they get clueless on what the right actually wants any place in the world. Acting as if the right means 'Immigrants' is extremely common scare tactic of the far left of the west. It's hardly used by even center left people

Was there any followup to check if people working for him were legal or not? I'd be interested to know.

Only seen this, and I'm just being provocative about people who are too indoctrinated to know that what the biggest issue the entire right wing of the west is talking about isn't immigrants, but illegals. The only ones in my country who constantly translate 'Illegal immigrants' into 'Immigrants', are the furthest of the left

I get what both sides are saying and I don't get consistency from either side on what an "illegal" is.

It's a legal term for when you don't enter a country through official means. Any civilian technically has the power to call authorities on an illegal alien. Even call out businesses who exploit their illegal status, like they can keep them as slaves basically - if you quit, they can call authorities on you. It's like that everywhere in the world as far as I know

There's a ton of confusion about immigrants and illegal immigrants, mostly cuz people throw the terms around without knowing the difference. I understand an immigrant is just someone who moves to the U.S., like legally, with visas or green cards or whatever. Illegal immigrants are the ones who came here without the right paperwork or stayed past their visa expiration. The thing is, some people use "illegal" to label anyone foreign-born, which is straight-up wrong and kinda ignorant. It’s like mixing up someone who bought a game legit with someone who pirated it - totally different situations, but people love to generalize.

And don't even get me started on asylum seekers. People love labeling them as illegal, too.
