Stop Pet Abandonment

Several years ago, I rescuer a dog someone had abandoned in the desert. The poor thing was trying desperately to stop every car that came by, looking for his family.

…I am _still_ absolutely furious.
For those worried about his outcome, I got him rehomed with a lovely family in Rancho Bernardo, in SoCal. Still see him on rare occasion.

Anyone who abandons pets like this should get pulled out of a trunk by their neck, tied to a tree and left there for the foreseeable future without food and water, or forced to run after a car going twice as fast as them until the car picks them up (they wont) or get run over. Those monsters should suffer the same fate as their animals. Dehydration in dogs is much worse and the untied ones will chase after the cars like in some of these videos, so they could be run over. Oh, and we should put a "punished for animal cruelty" tag on the humans so no one rescues the people who read that. A painful one. From a branding iron.

I hope that because these despicable acts were caught on camera the inhumane bastards were caught, and that the abandoned animals were rescued.

People who do this deserve the death penalty. No, straight up torture. That's sad.

This is one of the saddest things I ever have seen. I hope they each go to jail for long time. That is heart breaking and they could have put safely to new family or shelter.

People who abandon dogs:

For doing something like what they all did to the poor dogs, they should have there license exposed out to the public. It would be even better if there family or loved one (That they probably don't have) see the horrible things that they've done. Where I'm from it's Illegal to kill dogs, it should be the same for abandoning. Just because wolves were their ancestors and were wild animals, doesn't mean the dogs should be sent out to the wild too.

that's just soo pure evil, good for me that I saved 7 abandoned animals, 2 little turtles I found at the road thrown from a car, I immediately stopped to rescue them, THEY WERE LITERALLY BABIES, WHAT MONSTER DOES THIS!? EVEN A REAL MONSTER WON'T DO SUCH A THING LIKE THIS! , and also the 5 remaining pets were 3 puppies and 2 kittens in a plastic bag, I raised them well don't worry, now tell me, don't these monsters deserve to go to hell for this? THEY DESERVE THE ELECTRIC CHAIR! just please, don't abandon ur pets please, if u don't want them at least give them to someone else or build them a shelter please, and thank you
