The other trials aren't even going to begin before the election. Meanwhile, the Menendez trial is already beginning. Let that sink in. The documents trial, the Georgia trial, the January 6th riot trial - which was set to go two years ago - not going to happen.
Or actually they will, while he's in office. That will be his excuse to never leave office.
