I agree. I've followed him for years, ever since he was shamed out of the POTUS race way back in '88 for blatantly plagiarizing.
He was pretty bad back then, too. Smug, arrogant, a liar... all the things the left and the media now accuse Trump of being. Biden is still smug and arrogant, and the media ignores him for that while assaulting Trump for those things.
But that's to be expected from our joke of a media.
What's better, a young / sharp liar, or an old / demented liar?
So I suppose the argument could be made that this was a better version, but only because he didn't have dementia back then.
