Yes, he’s really 68.
They had a “Sweet 16” party for him 4 years ago. On other years, he counts the 28th as his birthday. He said it’s still February that way.

Fun fact: there’s a comedic opera where that’s a plot point. It’s called The Pirates of Penzance. They made it a movie starring Kevin Kline, Angela Lansbury, and Linda Ronstadt, among others.
