This just means like any other sexuality because semi bisexual means attraction to only one gender and bisexual means attraction to both genders so this makes no sense

It doesn’t make sense being semi bisexual,because if that means you’re bi and attracted to only one gender,you’re not really bi because being bi means having an attraction to both genders.
