Though my dad isn't a construction worker, I can definitely see why you'd he offended. Sure, it's a meme, but it's also what a majority of people think. However, if you don't mind me asking, aside from weather conditions, why are certain jobs left unfinished for road redevelopment for long periods of time, should you know?
