This is not true, but is in fact a common misconception that furries identify as animals. In reality, people that identify as animals are therians, or otherkin and not furries. In actuality, furries just cosplay as anthropomorphic animal original characters, often nicknamed fursonas. However, they don't even have to cosplay, but can also just draw said fursonas or roleplay as them. So, with all this information, the correct sentence of this meme is "Therians/Otherkins identify as something other than humans, therefore they have no human rights."
Not even this, but they still have human rights, as they still have human DNA, therefore they still are humans, so they will have human rights.
